Every product KoliaAngel sells comes with the original manufacturer warranty. We hold up our end, and so do our brand partners.

What warranty means at KoliaAngel

When you buy from an authorised dealer, your warranty is real and enforceable. Manufacturers honour warranty claims because we are recognised distributors. That is the difference between buying from KoliaAngel and buying from a roadside seller whose "warranty" disappears the moment something breaks.


Standard warranty periods

Warranty length depends on the brand and product category. Always check the specific warranty card or brand documentation that ships with your product.

Coverage

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures during normal use
  • Software faults present from purchase

What is not covered

  • Physical damage, including drops, cracked screens, and liquid damage
  • Damage from power surges where surge protection is not in place
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Use of non-genuine accessories or parts
  • Wear and tear (worn batteries, cosmetic wear)
  • Loss or theft

How to claim warranty
  1. Keep your proof of purchase
    Your KoliaAngel receipt or order invoice is required for every claim.
  2. Contact us first
    Do not open the device, attempt repairs, or take it to an unauthorised technician. This can void the warranty.
  3. Bring or send the product to KoliaAngel
    Walk in to any of our four branches or contact us to arrange pickup. Include the original box, all accessories, and your receipt.
  4. Diagnostic and assessment
    Our team or the authorised brand service centre inspects the unit, usually within 3 to 7 business days.
  5. Resolution
    Depending on the brand's policy and the nature of the fault, we will repair the unit, replace it, or refund the purchase — whichever is appropriate.

What you need
  • Original receipt or order number
  • Original packaging and accessories
  • IMEI or serial number of the product
  • A description of the fault, with photos or video if possible

Out-of-warranty repairs

If your product is outside the warranty period or the fault is not covered, we still service most of what we sell at fair, transparent rates. See our Service and Repair page for details.
