You have the right to inspect your package on delivery. Open the outer packaging in the presence of the dispatch rider or delivery agent and confirm the product matches your order. If anything is wrong, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact our support team within 24 hours of expected delivery. We resolve delivery issues quickly because we know how much you depend on what you ordered.
