3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos or video showing the issue (if defective)

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment method, processing times may vary.


5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item is out of stock, customers may choose between:

  • A refund, or

  • A different product of equal value


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), Koliaangel Ltd will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Inspection and Verification

All returned items will undergo quality inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.

Koliaangel Ltd reserves the right to reject returns if the product:

  • Shows signs of use

  • Is damaged after delivery

  • Is missing components or packaging


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If an order has already been shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
