Refund & Returns Policy

At KoliaAngel, we stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains your rights and our commitment to fair and transparent returns.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered
  • The product has manufacturer faults
  • The product is missing accessories or parts

To Qualify for Return
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Used phones or devices
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Accessories (earphones, chargers, screen protectors, memory cards, etc.)
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/videos of any defect
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchange Policy

You may request a replacement instead of a refund for defective items or wrong deliveries (subject to stock availability). If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or a different product of equal value.


Return Shipping
  • Our error (defective or wrong item): We cover the return shipping cost
  • Customer preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Important

All returned items are subject to thorough inspection. KoliaAngel reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.
